If, for any reason within 30 days of purchasing an item from Poppy Cotton, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for store credit only. Simply pack up the item in the original box in which you received it (or a similarly sturdy package). Upon receipt of the itemand as long as the item is in its original, sellable conditionwe will issue you a store credit for the purchase price of that item. The shipping charges from your original order will not be issued as store credit. Poppy Cotton store credit can be spent like cash at PoppyCotton.com. Please note that no store credit can be given for returns that arrive to us damaged, so it is advisable that you insure your return package. We are sorry, but postage charges for returns are non-refundable.
